This position requires curiosity and attention to detail and is part of the VYP marketing team. Maintaining existing mailing lists for address integrity and researching new targets to grow the contact list. Given that most of the work can be done online, the commitment of time is consistent but also very flexible (evenings, weekends, etc.).

Position Description: Policies, Procedures and Forms Manager Volunteer Reports to: Chief Operating Officer Location: Virtual Summary: As VYP grows, it is essential to have a consistent set of standard policies that are available to all new volunteers and staff as well as for review by any outside agencies. This position will help arrange and maintain policies put forth by staff in a consistent and standard manner and put them into an electronic manual. This position will work with all departments responsible for policy and standard procedures. This does not include software procedures such as neon, accounting, or other specialized tasks, which will be done by those departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Create, edit, revise, and publish internal policies and procedures 2. Create and maintain an electronic policy and procedure manual 3. Create and maintain a forms management system 4. Ensure consistency with VYP brand Requirements: Experience in working with organizations that have maintained these kinds of records. Also, ability to work with word processing and file storage systems. Time Commitment – 2 to 5 hours per week or as necessary

Description
Regional Director - New jersey Region, Southern California Region and Ohio Valley Region (KY, OH, TN, WV) This position is responsible for developing and providing guidance and support to the VYP Regional Team including VYP trained teachers. The Regional Director is responsible for the successful implementation of Mindful Resilience programs including classes, workshops and special events for current and former members of the military and their family members within a specific VYP Region and provides essential support to teachers and organizations desiring to start and maintain classes for veterans. Applicants must have completed at least a 200 hour yoga teacher training program and Veterans Yoga Project Level 1 Mindful Resilience Teacher Training.
