VYP Advanced Training Summit 2019

Time to yourself at the Feathered Pipe Ranch is a gift that will sustain you throughout the year. You are cordially invited to join us in 2019 for our 3rd annual Training and Fellowship Summit. 

Our Advanced Training Summit is an opportunity to learn from our fellow VYP teachers who are experts in their fields of study. They bring to the ranch tools and knowledge that better serve us as teachers, so that we may better serve our veteran community. 

Proposed topics of discussion are as follows:

• Science behind meditation (Dr. Jocelyn Ritchie)
• Adaptive Yoga (Deb Jeannette)
• PTS and criminal behavior: demystifying veterans behavior (Mike Millios)
• Organizational sections (finance, development, programs)
• Active duty mindful resilience (Phoebe Miller)
• Compassion Fatigue (proposed)

When: August 31 - Sept 7, 2019

Where: Feathered Pipe Ranch, Helena, Montana

Cost: Thanks to the support of the Feathered Pipe Foundation, we are able to offer this retreat for only $200 per night, which includes:

• Seven (7) nights lodging (Please note, due to the tremendous graciousness of our friends at the FPR, there will be NO room upgrade fee this year.) 

• Three (3) organic meals daily

• Access to the bathhouse, sauna, hot tub, facilities, and grounds

• 25 CEU's through the Yoga Alliance

Not included in the retreat: Airfare, shuttle service, excursions, massage, and bodywork

Lodging Options: There are a multitude of lodging options available at the ranch. From camping to private rooms with bathrooms, there is something available for everyone!
