Please support veterans by contributing to our Mindful Resilience Training programs for those in treatment for PTS(D) at VA facilities in the Pacific Northwest Region (Washington, Oregon & Alaska)
Veterans Yoga Project, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is on a mission to support recovery and resilience among our veterans, families, and communities.
Millions of veterans suffer from a mental health disorder:
Veterans Yoga Project is new in the Pacific Northwest. We are working to establish programs at VA facilities and Veteran Centers, generate student veteran groups, and other community-based organizations in Washington, Oregon, and Alaska. Our program provides classes to enhance recovery and strengthen resilience for veterans in treatment for PTS(D) and other trauma-related issues. As the VA provides no financial support for these programs, VYP is seeking funds for equipment needs, teacher compensation, retreats, and scholarships. Compensation for teachers is essential to defray individual expenses and ensure program sustainability. 85% of all donations will be used for direct support of these programs with the remaining funds used at the national level for administration and teacher training. *
Please become part of the team supporting these veterans who have supported us so valiantly. $25.00 will provide equipment for one veteran.
We truly appreciate your support, Namaste!
